The Westchester Community Foundation staff have a profound knowledge of Westchester's nearly one million people, and its institutions and resources.
Our expertise in philanthropy's role in responding to local and regional issues enables us to assist donors in their charitable giving and invest in smart and effective solutions.
As a division of the New York Community Trust, our staff works closely with our colleagues in New York and at our sister division, the Long Island Community Foundation, to identify and support the very best and most effective nonprofits in the eight counties of the downstate New York region. We know that philanthropy is most effective when funders share information on high impact organizations and those trying promising new approaches.
