The Westchester Community Foundation supports a vision for a county with improved quality of life, vibrancy, community health, and natural resources protection. We encourage opportunities for people to participate in community dialogue about important issues, access to local arts and culture, and planning and development using smart growth principles. While the Foundation recognizes that there are many ways to reach these goals, the Livable and Sustainable Communities Initiative will award grants in four core areas:
